PayPal in San Jose is seeking a User Experience Leader responsible for establishing user experience strategies and influencing executive-level decisions. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in the field, provide mentoring, and manage resources effectively.

This role establishes the overall business or technical strategy for user experience initiatives, significantly influencing executive-level decision-making. It leads the development of user experience strategies that resonate with target audiences and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on goals.
Base pay will depend on location and experience. Pay range for the primary location is: San Jose, California – $218,000 to $323,950 annually. Compensation ranges differ by geographic location. Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation as applicable.
