This is an opportunity for an accomplished scientist to do more than formulate products. You'll help create the next generation of high-performance epoxy technologies, taking new materials from concept and laboratory development through scale-up and commercialization.

If you have deep expertise in UV/light-stable epoxy systems for outdoor applications, this is the experience we're particularly interested in.

What You'll Do:

As a senior technical contributor, you'll:

  • Design and commercialize innovative 1K and 2K epoxy adhesive formulations
  • Lead development of UV/light-stable epoxy technologies for outdoor applications

  • Present research and technical findings to leadership, customers, global teams and technical audiences
  • Collaborate across R&D, manufacturing, marketing and other global functions to successfully launch new products
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior chemists
  • Maintain rigorous laboratory safety, regulatory, PPE and 5S standards
The Expertise We’re Seeking:

The most important qualification for this search is hands‑on expertise developing UV/light-stable epoxy systems.

You'll be especially well aligned if you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience with UV/light-stable 1K and 2K epoxy systems for outdoor applications
  • Deep knowledge of epoxy formulation, polymer/materials science and structure-property relationships
  • Expertise in UV stabilization, degradation mechanisms, weatherability and outdoor durability
  • A successful record of taking products from concept through commercialization
  • Experience with formulation development, performance testing and validation
  • Ability to independently lead multiple technically complex development programs
  • Strong scientific problem‑solving and experimental design capabilities
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Experience developing patents or other intellectual property is highly valued
