Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
  • Associate degree plus minimum 8 years of related experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
  • Bachelor's degree plus minimum 6 years of related experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
  • Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
  • Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
  • Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
  • Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
  • Serves as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products,serviceand support.
  • Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mappingtechnology.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of fouryearswork experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinicor sales.
  • Proventrack recordwith technical training assignments.
  • Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical salesprovidingtechnical/ clinical support.
Additional Job Requirements
  • Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation.
  • Are required tobe within their assigned territory each day to be available as unscheduled needs arise.
  • Will on occasion berequired to travel outside of their assigned territory and possibility overnight.
  • Must be able to drive approximately 25-50% of the time within assigned territory and may require overnight travel.
  • Musthaveavalid driver’s license.
  • Ability to freely move throughout the facility, use a phone,keyboardand mouse, visually able to interact with personal computers.
  • Must be able to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy. In addition, your driving record will be reviewed and will be considered as part of your application.
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$145,000.00 - $155,000.00

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others). In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
