Overview

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the Salesforce architecture strategy and roadmap across the organization
• Partner with stakeholders to design and oversee end-to-end Salesforce solutions
• Evaluate and implement Salesforce features and technologies for strategic alignment
• Manage Salesforce integration patterns with enterprise systems and guide data governance
• Lead and mentor teams in Salesforce development and architecture practices

Qualifications

• Expertise in CPQ, Field Service Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or Consumer Goods Cloud
• Proven experience in defining and implementing enterprise architecture strategies
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, compliance, and integration methodologies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, and Jenkins
• Experience in managing Salesforce environments and CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in Salesforce
