Job description

Job details

Our semiconductor MEMS programmable solutions offer a rich feature set that enables customers to differentiate their products with higher performance, smaller size, lower power, and better reliability.

Salary: $148,000 - $200,000 per year.

A bit about us

We're the leader in Precision Timing technology, powering over 400 applications across AI datacenters, automated driving, industrial and humanoid robotics, wearables, and IoT. Our MEMS-based programmable timing solutions have shipped in the billions, replacing legacy quartz devices with smaller, more accurate, and more resilient silicon alternatives. We're growing fast and looking for people who want to solve some of the toughest problems in electronics timing.

Why join us

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role where you'll build and lead a team of validation engineers shaping the next generation of MEMS timing products. You'll work cross-functionally across MEMS design, circuit design, and production, with real influence over silicon evaluation and system architecture. Compensation is competitive with base salary up to $203,940, plus quarterly innovation bonuses, equity, and a strong benefits package. If you want ownership over hard technical problems and a direct hand in product outcomes, this is that kind of role.
