Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. (JP) seeks a Codes lab technician intern under the DoD SkillBridge program. The role focuses on EMI/EMC test support, equipment maintenance, and shielding verification at USAF locations.

Applicants must be a transitioning service member with appropriate clearance eligibility and willing to travel up to 50%. The program aims to provide professional development, exposure to leadership, and pathways to full-time opportunities upon program completion.

Qualifications

• US citizen with DoD Secret clearance; prior investigation within 6 years.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD Top Secret clearance.
• 2+ years’ experience with degree or 4+ years’ experience in lieu; 1+ year project scheduling support.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time; ability to respond to urgent field requests.

Responsibilities

• Review EMI/EMC test plans and procedures to meet DID requirements.
• Support EMI/EMC test planning, TRR, and test integration.
• Perform or witness EMI/EMC testing per MIL-STD-461F/G.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair WCPS at government facilities; prepare activity reports.
• Interface with engineers in maintenance, repair and verification; support shielding tests.
