Job summary

Northrop Grumman invites transitioning service members to join the DoD SkillBridge Military Internship Program on-site at our facility. The internship provides hands-on program management experience, cost and schedule oversight, and collaboration with contracts and pricing teams to prepare for a potential full-time role.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s in Engineering with CAM/PM exposure and have or be able to obtain an active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or higher) with substantial related experience.
Active USG Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
Experience in program management and cost/schedule control.
CAM and PM experience within defense or similar technical fields.
Proficiency with MS Office, PowerPoint, SharePoint; familiarity with JIRA/Confluence.

Responsibilities

Identify, orchestrate, coordinate, and control program management activities for IPT.
Oversee cost and schedule performance for complex technical programs.
Develop and adhere to budget baselines using Earn Value Management processes.
Prepare status reports and participate in risk, issue, and opportunity management.
Lead contract deliverables and coordinate with contracts and pricing teams.
