Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a memory design engineer in the Richardson area to craft high-speed memory IP and integrate end-to-end memory solutions. You will work across design, test, process integration and marketing teams to optimize memory circuits, timing, and power while guiding verification and qualification activities.

The role emphasizes collaboration on front-end/back-end design, floorplanning, and managing complex DRAM pathways to deliver best-in-class performance and reliability.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in memory/ASIC design.
• Experience with high-speed memory and data-path design.

Innovate and integrate end-toend groundbreaking front-end and backend processes with groundbreaking design, debugging various tests, and qualification techniques to develop the lowest power per bit solutions to improve customer experience in the field of ML (Machine Learning) and AI (Artificial Intelligence). Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering or a related field and 10 years of experience in the job offered or in a related field.

Position requires:

• High-speed memory design on data paths, from I/O interface to core array
• Power domain network analysis
• Memory test architectures like MBIST and production silicon validation
• Digital design methodologies experience including RTL design, synthesis, and physical implementation
• ASIC design development using digital design
• Memory core timing, latency control, and signal integrity consideration in advanced designs
