Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, relevant engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience as a technical software engineering leader or 13 years with an advanced degree.
• 5 years of experience in architecting and launching software products, and 3 years with Cloud-based architectures.
• 3 years of experience with AI-assisted development tools.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in relevant fields.
• Entrepreneurial drive and experience with high-growth tech products.
• Deep understanding of programming languages and language design principles.
• Knowledge of trade-offs in language design, including performance, readability, and safety.
