- 12+ years of software development experience with large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience leading architecture and technical strategy across product and tech teams.
- Ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders and align teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical leader on cross-functional projects, owning Gen AI–powered system architecture.
- Decompose complex problems for reuse across multiple product lines and geographies.
- Ensure performance, scalability, auditability, and regulatory compliance in fintech systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into durable technical strategy.
- Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards across the organization.
