Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 12+ years software/enterprise data experience with leadership.
• Experience with MDM, Customer 360, data governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the Customer domain technology roadmap and engineering standards.
• Lead architecture reviews and define patterns for customer data integration, data quality, and analytics enablement.
• Coach engineers and promote DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and secure engineering practices.
• Define customer data products with business stakeholders and enable self-service analytics/AI use cases.
• Provide incident escalation and drive disaster recovery planning and risk mitigation.
