Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, science, or related discipline with 8+ years of significant engineering and/or operational experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices, and procedures; solves problems of complex scope.
• Interacts well with diverse groups within engineering and maintains relationships with collaborators.
• Experience with financial systems and fiscal control.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage medium- to large-size engineering projects with risk-managed execution plans.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and manufacturing to set scope, priorities, and schedules.
• Conduct economic analyses and feasibility studies for complex options and projects.
• Mentor others by sharing technical expertise and guidance.
• Represent the organization as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects.
