Job summary

O2 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior technology leader to drive AI-driven SDLC initiatives, platform modernization, and scalable distributed systems design.

You will own event-driven architectures, data modeling for high-volume catalogs, and API contract governance across multiple orgs. You will mentor teams, shape observability and monitoring strategies, and uplift engineering quality and CI/CD standards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a bachelor's degree in CS/SE/CE/IT or related field.
• Master's degree in CS/SE or MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale software projects and platform engineering.

Responsibilities

• AI-driven SDLC governance and implementation.
• Platform modernization and rewrite strategy leadership.
• Design of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Data modeling for high-volume catalog growth.
• API design and contract governance across teams.
• Cross-org technical leadership and mentorship.
• Establishing observability and monitoring strategies.
• Upholding engineering quality and coding standards.
• Champion CI/CD and test automation governance.
• Frontend work with React.
