Katalyst-Healthcares- is seeking an experienced automotive embedded software leader with 8+ years of C programming on microcontrollers from Renesas, NXP, or Infineon. The role emphasizes deriving requirements from OEM specs and coordinating with Tier-1 suppliers and OEM customers.

The candidate will lead a team of 5+ engineers, with a foundational understanding of Android OS-based software on automotive SoC platforms.

• 8+ years of experience in software development for automotive embedded systems.
• Proficient in deriving software requirements from OEM specifications.
• Experience coordinating with Tier-1 suppliers and OEM customers.
• Experience leading a team of 5+ engineers.
• Basic understanding of Android OS-based software on automotive SoC platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of 5+ engineers on embedded software projects.
• Coordinate with Tier-1 suppliers and OEM customers to align requirements.
• Derive software requirements from OEM specifications and ensure traceability.

Required skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in software development for automotive embedded systems using C language on microcontrollers like Renesas / NXP/ Infineon
• Hands-on experience deriving software requirements from OEM specifications.
• Experience communicating and coordinating with Tier-1 suppliers and/or OEM customers.
• Experience leading a team of size 5 or more
• Basic understanding of Android OS-based software on automotive SoC platforms, such as Qualcomm Samsung Exynos.
