Job summary

Sandisk seeks a Principal Engineer – Program Management, Supply Chain Transformation to lead global, AI-driven transformation programs across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics. You will manage senior stakeholders and ensure delivery of long-duration initiatives with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep program management expertise, strong supply chain domain knowledge, and hands-on experience with planning tools and data/AI concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain program/project management in high‑tech or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of global supply chain planning and execution processes.
• Hands‑on experience with advanced planning systems (Blue Yonder, SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis).

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end supply chain transformation programs.
• Deliver mid- to long-duration programs on time and within scope with measurable business outcomes.
• Own program scoping, governance, execution, risk, dependency management, and change control.
• Work with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Finance, IT and Data/AI teams.
• Translate business requirements into executable program roadmaps and solution architectures.
• Engage senior executives, drive decision-making, and ensure strategic alignment across global functions.
