Overview

This is a remote position, but will be based out of our Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA. You will report to the Senior Manager of Reactor Component Upgrades and Major Programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualified Radiological Worker familiar with contamination avoidance techniques.
  • Formal training in the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Nuclear Engineering are desired
  • Demonstrated ability to provide innovative solutions to equipment issues
  • Demonstrated ability to provide hands on" repairs of equipment
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex equipment issues
  • Demonstrated ability to assume increased level of responsibility and leadership as knowledge level improves
  • Demonstrated reliability to support demanding /flexible work schedules in a consistent manner
  • Interview based demonstration of interpersonal skills and ability to meld with the RCUMP Group
  • Willing to take ownership of challenges and customer focused.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required in Engineering or related technical discipline
  • 5 years of experience as a Technician/Specialist leading and directing low to moderate complexity projects.
  • 3 years of project engineering support and 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role may be considered
  • Broad technical knowledge of nuclear power plants. Familiarity with utility business practices including knowledge of utility operations, maintenance and engineering practices, knowledge of procurement processes and material management
Salary and Schedule

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications, and skills, is estimated to be $103,200.00 to $129,000.00 per year. The role is remote (Hybrid)
