Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Naval Architecture and six years of related experience, including shipboard design, system integration, and problem-solving, or equivalent experience, are required. Candidates should have strong communication and teamwork skills, familiarity with shipboard systems and engineering drawings, CAD proficiency, and the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, travel occasionally, and access shipboard spaces.
