You will guide a major capability across teams, connect software, tooling, and release activities into a coherent system, and mentor others while delivering rapid, high-impact improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years validating software systems and leading architecture across organizations.
• Deep understanding of real-time software architecture and safety-critical products.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering productivity and define standard practices across teams.
• Architect and modernize a large-scale embedded test system for the platform.
• Drive automated, headless testing across virtual and physical environments.
• Develop APIs and integrations for test execution, management, and diagnostics.
• Mentor engineers and communicate complex concepts effectively.
