Job description

Community Unit School District 308 is seeking an outstanding educational leader to serve as the Principal of Boulder Hill Elementary, beginning July 1, 2025. This is a full-time, 12-month position.

Qualifications:

  1. Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with a Principal or General Administrative Endorsement
  2. M.A. in Education Administration
  3. 5 years of teaching experience
  4. Prior administrative experience
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills
  6. Knowledge of school improvement process
  7. Collaborative leadership style

Compensation:

The recommended candidate for this position will receive a regionally competitive starting salary depending on educational background and experience. A comprehensive benefits package including Board-paid TRS and THIS contributions, five weeks paid vacation per year, and 80% district-paid medical (including 100% reimbursement for non-emergency care at Rush affiliated providers on our PPO & HCA plans) and dental insurance.
