Mott MacDonald is seeking a Principal Lead P&C Engineer to join the team in the Boston, MA, New York, NY, or Iselin, NJ offices. In this role, you will lead the North Division, managing and growing a team of P&C engineers and SCADA specialists. This position is ideal for a very senior candidate eager to oversee a full team and drive excellence in engineering projects. The role involves hands-on engineering, requiring broad knowledge of electrical utility experience, engineering principles, and practices, especially in protection & controls for switching stations and substations, including design development for transmission and distribution projects. Knowledge of Short Circuit Studies, Relay Settings Calculations, and Database files is a plus.
