Mott MacDonald is looking to appoint a Principal Engineer to provide leadership for Transmission Engineering activities in our North Division. In this role, you will lead the North Division's Transmission team and manage/grow a team of Transmission engineers/specialists. This position is ideal for a very senior candidate who is eager to take on the challenge of overseeing a full team and driving excellence in engineering projects. You are expected to work collaboratively, helping to develop the brand, leveraging skills to win and deliver work in New York, New Jersey, and New England and providing support to the international team and for wider projects and prospects.
