Raytheon is seeking a motivated 1st shift Principal Electrical Engineer to fill key Maintenance, Repair and Engineering support role within the Metrology & Test Equipment Maintenance (MTEM) Department, located in Andover MA. Candidate will lead technical root-cause investigations on the production floor. The role requires advanced, autonomous fault isolation of complex test stations across RF, digital, and AC/DC power platforms.
Candidate must be able to effectively operate in a high tempo operations environment and capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing complex activities, often with actions requiring coordination across multiple support areas.
The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.
