Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of product development experience in electrical engineering, sensing systems, instrumentation, or related technologies.
- Experience leading complex projects across multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical architecture decisions and trade studies balancing performance, reliability, manufacturability, cost, and schedule.
- Collaborate with optical, mechanical, software, and algorithm teams to develop integrated sensing solutions.
- Design electronic circuits for sensing physical phenomena.
- Supervise PCB layouts for high-performance environments.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship across development programs.
