Nordson Test & Inspection seeks an Electrical Engineer to join its R&D team, developing high precision electronics and sensors for next-generation inspection systems. You will shepherd concepts from idea through production with emphasis on test, verification, and transition to manufacturing.

The role requires designing circuits for 3D measurement products, FPGA work, and strong documentation. Candidates with experience in high-speed PCB layout and machine vision hardware are preferred.

Formación

• BS Electrical Engineering with 2+ years related experience.
• MS Electrical Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Design electronic circuits for 3D measurement products with machine vision and pattern projection.
• Translate customer requirements into product specifications and design concepts.
• Estimate tasks, resources, schedules, NRE, production costs, and manufacturing support.
• Implement FPGA logic using Verilog (preferred) or VHDL.
• Manage fabrication and testing of prototype and production electrical designs.
• Transition new designs to manufacturing.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
