You will lead a team, drive business development, manage projects and finances, and mentor staff while advancing standards and collaboration across disciplines. This is a senior, integrated design leadership position with significant impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; PE license required.
• 15+ years of related professional experience.
• PMI PMP certification a plus; LEED AP credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the San Diego office electrical engineering practice and growth.
• Develop strategic growth plans and maintain client relationships.
• Manage projects, budgets, schedules, and quality control.
