Qualifications

  • 10+ years of industry experience in analog circuits and power electronics design and development.
  • Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for all degrees earned.

  • Hands-on attitude and proven work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Apply your analog and power electronics expertise to innovate in power supply design.
  • Drive PCB design, simulation, prototyping, and analysis of Lutron products.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to develop next generation lighting control solutions.
  • Engage with suppliers to identify electronics technology for innovation.
