Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has an immediate opening for an Engineering Project Lead in our Boston, Massachusetts Engineering office. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative electromechanical products for our Commercial and Residential businesses, driving product development from concept through production.

You will mentor engineering talent, align diverse teams, and contribute hands-on technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA across all degrees.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
• Minimum 3 years leading cross-functional projects and engineering teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has an immediate opening for an Engineering Project Lead at our Boston, Massachusetts Engineering office. In this position, you would be a key part of the Engineering team, developing innovative and high-quality products for our Commercial and Residential businesses.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in people management
• Minimum 3 years' experience leading cross-functional projects and managing engineering teams
• Proven experience in product design and development
• Ability to travel up 10%
• You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.

Starting pay: $140,500-167,500 per year; Lutron's employee benefits include 401k match, health, dental, and life insurance, paid vacation (amount based on tenure with the company), flexible spending accounts, and tuition reimbursement programs.
