Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems across medical devices, robotics, and industrial automation. You will own the full lifecycle from concept to production and collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.

The role requires 15+ years of experience in electrical/electronic product development, strong leadership, and hands-on problem solving with analog/digital circuits and PCB design.

Qualifications

BS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
15+ years of experience developing electrical or electronic products.
Experience leading technical teams and mentorship/coaching.

Responsibilities

Develop electrical/electronic solutions for medical devices, robotics, and automation.
Lead projects through concept, prototyping, testing, and production with clients and suppliers.
Design analog/digital circuits, power systems, embedded electronics, and PCB assemblies.
