At Germfree, we design and manufacture pharmacy compounding equipment, aseptic isolators, cleanrooms, mobile healthcare facilities, modular pharmaceutical facilities, and other mission-critical products serving healthcare, pharmaceutical, life science, and government customers.
We're looking for an exceptional Principal Electrical Design Engineer to help define the next of those products.
This is a senior staff level technical leadership and fellow role.
You’ll provide technical design leadership while remaining deeply engaged in engineering execution and projects — from concept through production, installation, commissioning, and field support.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving difficult engineering problems, building great products, and working alongside manufacturing, suppliers, technicians, and customers to make them better.
The Principal Electrical Design Engineer will lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of electrical, controls, and automation systems across Germfree’s product portfolio.
This role spans everything from low-voltage control systems and embedded product design to facility power distribution, automation, and integrated building systems supporting our equipment, mobile platforms, and modular facilities.
You’ll help define long-term technical direction while remaining hands‑on in design, prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, supplier development, and product support.
