Job description

This role requires a highly experienced technical leader who thrives in complex, multidisciplinary environments and is motivated by solving challenging, system-level problems. The Principal Electrical Engineer will shape advanced technologies, influence architecture and design decisions, and provide technical leadership across teams while mentoring engineers and driving disciplined execution throughout the product lifecycle. This position is based in Denver, Colorado area and follows a hybrid work schedule. Candidates residing outside of the Denver area are encouraged to apply. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates who are selected for the role and require relocation to the Denver metro area. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000 - $209,000.

Responsibilities
  • Define and drive electrical architecture, design standards, and technical direction across multiple product programs

Required Qualifications

  • Experience defining technical standards or architecture across teams or programs
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle processes and development tools

Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $130,000 - $209,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
