Job summary

ARCHER is seeking a senior hardware engineering leader to drive GPU platform development from concept to production readiness. You will collaborate with Oracle teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners, guiding cross‑functional teams and managing risks and schedules.

Candidates should have substantial hardware systems experience with GPU/CPU platforms and FPGA design, plus experience delivering validated hardware in production environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive hardware engineering experience with GPU/CPU platforms.
• Experience with NVIDIA and AMD hardware/software integration, validation, and production delivery.
• FPGA design and cross‑functional technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Job description

Lead GPU platform development from requirements definition through system integration, validation, qualification, and production readiness, working with Oracle teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners. Manage technical plans, risks, schedules, and issue resolution while communicating progress and recommendations and providing guidance to colleagues.

Requirements: Requires substantial technical engineering experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with expertise in electrical or hardware systems engineering and GPU or CPU platforms. Candidates should have experience with NVIDIA and AMD hardware/software integration, validation and production delivery, external manufacturers, project and risk management, and cross-functional technical leadership; FPGA design is also specified as a job skill.
