Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering required.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to program security requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance; active clearance preferred.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams in a structured software product development environment.
• Strong organizational and technical communication skills, including presenting to internal and government stakeholders.
• Seven to ten years of software engineering design experience.
• Proven experience leading software engineering teams through the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce modular software architectures across product lines, focusing on hardware-agnostic GPU acceleration.
• Oversee implementation of complex signal processing and autonomy algorithms with edge AI and parallel processing.
• Lead agile development cycles, mentor senior engineers in GPGPU best practices, and drive DevSecOps adoption.
• Define system-level performance budgets (latency, thermal, SWaP) and optimize embedded GPU usage.
• Lead technical discussions with customers and partners, aligning designs with government standards.
