Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS or PhD in chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, material science, or related field.
• Extensive industry experience, typically 6+ to 14+ years depending on degree.
• Strong background in formulation principles, lyophilization, and characterization.
• Experience leading external development activities with CDMOs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical liaison between ABA DPD and CDMOs.
• Lead external drug product development activities including transfer and data packages.
• Oversee CDMO study execution, plans, and deliverables.
• Provide scientific input on study designs and investigations.
• Coordinate governance and meetings with external partners.
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to cross-functional strategies.
