You Are:

A seasoned Technology Strategy consultant with extensive experience in technology, possessing top-tier leadership and management skills. Your expertise lies in advising clients on data-driven technology strategies to transform their operations or business models, helping them achieve their strategic, financial, and operational goals. As a senior manager, you excel at building and motivating teams. Your analytical and creative skills are exceptional, making you a formidable problem solver. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a strong desire to progress to Managing Director.

The Work:

  1. Lead delivery efforts to understand clients’ industries and explore their business options in the context of global, economic, technological, and social trends.
  2. Guide project delivery to identify appropriate solutions that meet client needs.
  3. Manage projects to ensure clients are positioned for long-term success with practical roadmaps for Digital, IT, or Cloud strategies, change management, process monitoring, and corrective actions.
  4. Build trust with senior client leaders and collaborate with them to develop strategic solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and operations.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to enhance Accenture’s reputation as a trusted advisor and partner.
  6. Contribute to the growth of Accenture’s Technology Strategy practice by creating content and participating in professional forums, both internally and externally.
  7. Lead the delivery of world-class business technology strategy solutions.
  8. Mentor junior team members, preparing them for increased responsibilities.

Here’s What You Need:

  • At least 5 years of strategy consulting experience at a consulting firm for Senior Principal level; 5 years for Principal Director level.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in at least two of the following areas: operating model strategy, technology M&A, tech value cost reduction, or technology-driven revenue growth strategy.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in industries such as Consumer Goods, Retail, Life Sciences, Travel, Industrial, Automotive, or Aerospace & Defense.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in developing business cases (quantitative and qualitative) to support strategic initiatives, process improvements, or IT transformations.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing small teams, including planning, facilitating workshops, and developing strategic recommendations.
  • At least 3 years’ experience publishing thought leadership, presenting at conferences, or serving as a subject matter expert.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • You can manage budgets and financial proposals.
  • You demonstrate critical thinking, questioning decisions, and providing creative solutions.
  • You build trusted relationships with senior client leaders.
  • You can mentor team members and prepare them for more responsibilities.
  • You possess advanced presentation and public speaking skills, including at the C-level.
  • You can provide an integrated perspective of the client and project to junior team members.

Additional Information:

Compensation varies based on factors including location, role, skill set, and experience. In California, Colorado, D.C., Maryland, New York, and Washington, the salary range is $150,900 to $330,200.
