Job Description:
What You'll Do
Responsible for overseeing and completing marketing projects including direct and performance marketing campaigns. Partners with internal stakeholders and collaborates with external agencies.
How You'll Do It
  • Manages the digital media campaign delivery process. Executes campaigns including audience definitions, creative developments, test and control designs, budgeting, media targeting, analyses, reporting, compliance, optimizations, and insights.
  • Partners with creative teams and agencies to implement new messaging and ad types.
  • Develops campaigns that are consistent with strategy and objectives of the business.
  • Partners with legal and compliance to obtain approvals for the routing of ad copy and audience targeting.
  • Monitors controls to ensure campaigns are compliant.
  • Manages campaign deliverables, timelines, and resources.
  • Ensures campaigns meet goals.

Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
  • Bachelors Marketing, Business Administration and Management or Related
  • 4+ years Marketing, Business or related
  • In lieu of degree, must have at least 8+ years Marketing, Business or related

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $91,000.00 to $153,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
