Azelis Americas Care division is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Principal Development Manager for the Personal Care, Homecare & Industrial Cleaning segments.

Role Responsibilities

1. Operational and strategic business leadership: Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its strategic Principals to define and execute growth strategies.
2. Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, analyze opportunities, and develop strategies for accelerated business growth.
3. Supply Issues/Allocation Decisions: Address supply-related challenges at Principals in partnership with supply chain and commercial functions.
4. Communication and Action Plans: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, developing and implementing action plans to achieve business objectives.
5. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop marketing strategies for assigned principal products within the Care segment.
6. Technical Project Management: Collaborate with Principals and technical teams to drive technical projects toward timely completion.
7. Forecasting Accuracy: Ensure accurate monthly forecasting from and for our Principals.
8. Sales and Growth Opportunity Reviews: Conduct detailed reviews of sales and growth opportunities.
9. Setting Care & Principal Specific Annual Goals: Establish clear, measurable, and achievable yearly goals.
10. Supplier set-up and onboarding: Responsible for the overall process to set-up, onboard, and offboard assigned suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Business Management, Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Marketing, preferably within the Care industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Exemplary business acumen with a deep understanding of P&L decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Technical acumen and understanding of Care-related products and applications.
• Results-driven mindset focused on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and forecasting tools.

Travel

This role requires travel, which may account for 30-50% of work time.
