Job summary

MTech Aerospace is seeking a Principal Design Engineer to guide the technical vision for high-impact aerospace programs in the United States. You will lead groundbreaking R&D, set engineering direction, mentor senior staff, and ensure performance and quality across projects.

This role requires influencing top management and aligning technical plans with business goals. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and 20+ years of experience, with CAD expertise

Qualifications

  • 20+ years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
