Job summary

Insight Enterprises seeks a Principal Data Scientist to lead healthcare analytics initiatives, building production ML on Azure ML and Databricks for client projects. You will translate clinical questions into data science solutions, mentor peers, and drive governance and responsible AI across platforms.

You will engage with clinical and executive stakeholders, shaping practical AI roadmaps while ensuring security, explainability, and measurable impact in health contexts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data science, ML, or analytics experience, preferably in consulting or client-facing roles.
• Deep healthcare or life sciences domain knowledge.
• Hands-on Azure ML, Databricks, and production ML patterns.
• Experience with responsible AI, governance, and PHI considerations.

In this client-facing consulting role, you will help healthcare organizations design, develop, evaluate, and operationalize advanced analytics and AI solutions across modern cloud data platforms.You will work at the intersection of data science, clinical context, cloud architecture, and enterprise delivery.
