Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience designing and scaling systems with large datasets.
• Strong backend engineering with focus on data platforms, analytics, and data visualization.
• Comfortable making architectural decisions in a fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale data pipelines handling large volumes of unstructured construction data.
• Build and enhance data platform architecture across storage, processing, and data modeling.
• Develop customer-facing analytics and visualization capabilities to surface insights.
• Collaborate with engineers, product leaders, and domain experts to improve data extraction accuracy and platform performance.
