Qualifications

- Deep expertise across relational and NoSQL databases, caching, and messaging.
- Strong DevOps, IaC, and automation practices; AI-first development experience.
Responsibilities
- Define technology vision and architectural direction for Venmo data platform.
- Lead mission-critical databases, pipelines, messaging, and performance engineering.
- Mentor engineers and influence executives on strategic技 initiatives.
- Apply AI tooling to accelerate engineering productivity and reliability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and communicate trade-offs clearly.
