Twilio Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Go-focused engineer to lead the design of our data platform and pipelines in a remote-friendly environment. You will guide engineering through complex distributed design choices, prioritizing reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.

You will own the technical north star for routing experiences, build scalable, fault-tolerant cloud systems, and influence trade-offs between cost and performance while mentoring teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of programming experience with expert-level Go or similar languages.
• Battle-tested experience with high-scale streaming systems and distributed processing engines.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM solutions for engineering challenges.

Responsibilities
