Leading all data management activities from study start-up to database lock, developing data strategies and standards, managing vendor relationships, designing CRFs, ensuring data quality and compliance, and mentoring data management staff. Provides strategic input for protocol development, risk mitigation, and process improvements aligned with regulatory and inspection readiness.
BS/BA in a scientific field, 12+ years in clinical data management within biotech, pharma, or CROs, with extensive experience in Phase I-III trials, multi-study programs, and vendor oversight. Demonstrates leadership in developing departmental standards, SOPs, and governance.
Focus on oncology (bladder cancer), clinical trials (Phases I-III), global study experience, vendor management, regulatory submission support, and industry best practices like CDISC.
