  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to create, interpret and apply organizational processes and recommend improvements to improve coordination of efforts between EHR vendors and internal development teams.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to communicate information effectively and in the appropriate form to customers, business users, and technical staff.

  • Develop measurements to detect internal problems before they result in user-visible outages or data quality issues.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation of data definitions, transformations, and processes to ensure data integrity and security.

You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Comfortable working with a wide variety of stakeholders, including internal development and technical teams, senior leaders and executives, and external third-party vendor development teams.
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
