Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience.
Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data engineering use cases.
Proven experience building and operating end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
Experience integrating data from Salesforce, ServiceMax, SAP ERP or similar systems.
Strong understanding of service delivery operations and data domains.
Experience with source control, collaborative development, and production support.
Mentoring peers and contributing to technical best practices; strong communication.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable data platforms and pipelines integrating service, financial, and workforce data.
Ingest, validate, transform, and persist data from enterprise systems ensuring data quality.
Contribute to analytics, capacity optimization, and operational monitoring workloads.
Develop production-grade Python code and participate in code reviews and testing.
Partner with Service Excellence, Finance, and Data Scientists for model-ready data and business insights.
Translate requirements into scalable data solutions for revenue growth and operational excellence.
