Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, document, and test databases containing clinical data.
• Build ETL pipelines using cloud technologies such as Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure and Airflow.
• Collaborate with informaticists, clinicians, software engineers, and data scientists to ensure data quality and availability.
• Develop data architecture and optimize databases for reliability and scalability.
• Lead multiple projects, guide team members, and communicate with stakeholders across Mayo Clinic.
