Anaplan in the United States is seeking a Principal Data Engineer to shape the data platform across ingestion, transformation, storage, and governance at scale. You will craft robust pipelines supporting real-time and batch processing to empower AI-enabled analytics for planning workflows.

You will lead architecture, pick modern data stack components, and mentor teams while working in a hybrid model with some onsite collaboration.

Formación

• Extensive data engineering experience in large-scale environments.
• Deep knowledge of vector databases, NoSQL and document stores.
• Hands-on production experience building scalable data platforms.
• Strong with distributed processing frameworks and streaming systems.
• Proficient in Python and modern data tooling, with IoC/CI pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the data architecture, design, and deployment of scalable, high-throughput Big Data systems.
• Architect, deploy, and manage foundational data systems for AI infrastructure including vector, NoSQL, and document stores.
• Develop end-to-end data engineering solutions with robust ETL/ELT pipelines and APIs.
• Design storage and processing layers: data lakes, warehouses, distributed file systems, real-time streams.
• Build context pipelines processing large-scale enterprise data across batch and streaming.
• Optimize large distributed queries to ensure high performance and low latency.
• Implement data quality, governance, and observability across data assets.
• Collaborate with analytics and platform teams to model customer metrics and hierarchies.
