Reporting Platform & Actionable Reporting

  • Own the architecture of the reporting platform that powers dealer, dealer‑group and OEM reporting across the portfolio.

  • Define patterns for OEM and dealer‑group data feeds and report requests (e.g., multimedia reporting, OEM data feeds, service‑pricing and parts/labor reporting).

  • Evaluate performance, security, reliability, operations, technology and interoperability requirements, producing high‑level design deliverables.

  • Create proofs of concept to determine the viability of new or different data and reporting technologies.

Systems Architecture

  • Provide systems architecture advice and support for the data, reporting and catalog domains across the Xtime product portfolio and its net‑new teams.

  • Engage with stakeholders and customers to align the architectural direction of the solution intent.

  • Drive the structuring of product vision, roadmap, priorities, enabler capabilities, non‑functional requirements and solution demo activities.

  • Participate in PI planning, Architecture Sync, solution capability demonstrations, release management and alignment of technologies across initiatives.

  • Consult with architecture, development, infrastructure and operational teams to address issues related to systems/application architecture, including performance and availability.

  • Experience with Snowflake, MicroStrategy, Logi or similar enterprise data and reporting platforms.

  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Five or more years of architecture delivery and storytelling with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Five or more years creating and communicating strategies, capabilities and solutions using architecture models, reference architectures, frameworks, diagrams and viewpoints.

  • Automotive industry background or interest.
