Your role in our mission

• Conducts site assessments and prepares highly complex design proposals on analytic solutions and strategies for solving analytics-related business problems.
• Oversees teams to architect, design, and develop analytic solutions for clients based on business objectives and problems.
• Advises clients on proper analytic direction using specialized analytics skills.
• Provides tactical and strategic improvements to DXC Global Methods for BI and Analytics and offers thought leadership in the BI and analytics space.
• Leads or provides senior-level guidance in planning and directing regional and global projects to meet business objectives.
• Applies expertise to conceptualize, design, construct, test, and implement business and technical IT solutions using BI and analytics methodologies.
• Researches technological advancements to ensure continuous improvement and alignment of analytic solutions with industry and company standards.
• Oversees and facilitates cross-functional teams to deliver internal and external analytics solutions, ensuring architecture needs are met.
• Provides updates to analytic standards and stays current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies to meet evolving customer requirements.

What we're looking for

• 10 or more years of experience with analytics and business intelligence concepts and technologies.
• Experience with at least 15 analytic concepts for 5+ years, 12 additional concepts for 2+ years, and 6 more concepts with up to 2 years of experience, across at least 5 different projects.
• Proficiency across analytic concepts in:
  • Analytic Business Consulting: Data analysis and integration mappings, business analysis, business modeling, value assessment, strategy, and planning.
  • Information Integration: ETL, data profiling, historical data retention, ABC controls, real-time integration, integration testing.
  • Information Management and Modeling: Metadata, 3NF and dimensional data modeling, RDBMS, unstructured data, OLAP, IoT, data protection, archiving.
  • Information Orchestration: Data virtualization, micro-services, APIs, orchestration testing.
  • Information Delivery: Enterprise and batch reporting, dashboards, semantic layer, self-service BI, real-time and mobile analytics, scorecards, alerts, big data delivery, delivery testing.
  • Advanced Analytics: Descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics, data science, machine learning/AI, statistical and neural network approaches, edge processing, event stream analytics, data science visualization.

The pay range for this position is $116,100.00 - $165,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
