The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 2+ years in technical leadership, and expertise in incident response, threat hunting, security automation, and cloud-native solutions. Proficiency in scripting languages and AI (including conversational AI and Generative AI) is essential. The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage complex projects, and a commitment to driving security best practices across the organization. Experience with secure software development lifecycle and security monitoring is highly beneficial. The position offers a hybrid work model and competitive compensation, with base pay ranging from $167,200 to $300,000 annually, depending on location.
