What is The Role

In today's complex and interconnected digital environment, organizations increasingly rely on the company solutions to power their Security, Observability, and Search capabilities. the company's versatile and scalable platform enables businesses to strengthen their security postures with SIEM and endpoint protection. the company is seeking a Principal Security Specialization to become our elite leader to play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction, operational excellence, and continuous innovation of the company Security solutions within services. This leader sets the global services practice vision. Their role encompasses multiple dimensions, from strategic planning to execution, ensuring the practice remains aligned with services goals, the company product roadmap, and industry trends.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Services Offering Development and Ongoing Management :
    • Design and develop clear, value-driven security service offerings that meet customer needs and market demand.
    • Identify high-value use cases for security across industries and create frameworks for their successful implementation.
    • Build, automate, and streamline processes for developing and deploying security solutions.
  • Sales and Delivery Support and Quality Control:
    • Drive scalable, ethical, and impactful security solutions to ensure measurable business outcomes and long-term success while supporting the sale and delivery of our most complex engagements.
    • Act as the primary liaison for all security-related endeavors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between stakeholders, both internal and external.
    • Monitor and ensure high-quality sales and delivery of all Security engagements.
  • Product Integration:
    • Work with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback from the field, and drive co-innovation efforts to increase customer value and satisfaction.
    • Understand the product roadmap to ensure service readiness by anticipating and enabling the necessary development and execution ahead of product releases.
  • Community Enablement, Engagement, and Development:
    • Ensure excellence by training service team members on the capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations of the company Security to boost confidence and understanding.
    • Participate in the ARB (Architecture Review Board) leadership team to establish and maintain technical guidelines, best practices, and protocols. Contribute to discussions and decision-making within the ARB leadership to shape technical direction.
    • Serve on promotion panels to evaluate candidates for senior-level advancement, ensuring objective and standardized criteria are applied.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of professional services, consulting, or related field.
  • Deep expertise in security technologies, frameworks, and applications, with hands‑on experience implementing security software and solutions.
  • Proven ability to define and execute a global strategy for security adoption, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross‑functional teams, foster collaboration, and drive innovation.
  • Knowledge of security tools, scripting, and related technologies, combined with experience in creating reusable assets and scalable solutions.
  • Successfully managed complex projects, including defining timelines, allocating resources, and delivering on‑time, high‑quality results.
  • Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and build trust with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Deep technical expertise in system architecture, including Elasticsearch and the company Solutions
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time, as required.
Bonus Points
  • Familiarity with AI system architecture, including building autonomous agents, prompt engineering, and evaluation guardrails for security‑focused applications.
  • Experience designing or implementing AI‑powered solutions, including familiarity with agentic workflows, LLM orchestration, or retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Experience in building automation tools or frameworks for security solution delivery.
  • Familiarity with developing enablement programs, including training workshops and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
  • A track record of public references or case studies showcasing successful security implementations.
  • Certifications in cybersecurity & security technologies, such as CISSP, CISM, Splunk, Crowdstrike, and QRadar solutions.
  • Knowledge of ethical security practices and frameworks for responsible implementation.

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component.

The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. In select locations (including Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, the San Francisco Bay Area CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below.

These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.

An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

The company believes that employees should have the opportunity to share in the value that we create together for our shareholders. Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in the company’s stock program. Our total rewards package also includes a company‑matched 401k with dollar‑for‑dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, along with a range of other benefits offered with a holistic emphasis on employee well‑being.

The typical starting salary range for this role is:

$159,800 — $252,800 USD

The typical starting salary range for this role in the select locations listed above is:

$191,900 — $303,500 USD
